Systemic Clinical Supervision
Either face to face, or virtual connections can be arranged at a time to suit.
Individual or Group Clinical Systemic supervision:
I like the phrase; that as supervisors we should be guardians of courageous conversations.
As a supervisor, I will work with you to encourage a safe exploration of clinical dilemmas which may be brought for discussion.
I hope to create a culture of appreciative enquiry, whereby we can explore situations through a number of different lens, considering issues from within different levels of contexts. I utilise Hawkins and Shoet 7 eyed model, and I always attempt to invite a curiosity from consideration of our own social graces.
I have extensive experience of supervising teams, individuals, and family therapy clinics in the NHS, although currently I am mainly supervising individuals.
In terms of my formal training, I have completed my PGDip systemic clinical supervisors training in 2019 at Exeter university, and I am about embark on my AFT Accredited supervisors course in January of 2026.
I discuss with my supervisor my supervision, (supervision of supervision) and I ensure I maintain up to date with training and systemic CPD.
